SKY Rides(“SKYRides”) collects information about you when you use the mobile application, website, social media and other online products and services (“Services”) related with the SKY Rides system, and through other interactions and communication you (“user”) have with SKY Rides. If you are living in USA, Services will be provided by SKY Rides Travel Services LLC, SKY Rides USA or its affiliates, collectively SKY Rides. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected and user by SKY Rides or referred as ‘We”.

 

 

Application and Scope

 

This Privacy Policy applies to persons anywhere in the USA who use SKY Rides apps or Services to request transportation or travel need, delivery or any other on-demand services, demanding by Users. This Privacy Policy does not apply for the information we collect about our independent service supplies/drivers (“Travel Associates”), partner companies or any other persons who use the SKY Rides Platform under the license. If you interact with the Services as both User and Travel Associate, the respective privacy policies of User and Travel Associate will be applied to your different interactions.

 

 

Collection of Information (as you provide)

 

We-SKY Rides collect information you provide directly to us at the registration of your user account, request on-demand services, contact customer support, or any communication with us (via email, call, text or any other way). This information may include your name, phone number, email, email with .edu, university, postal address, profile picture, payment method, (for delivery services- item requested) and other information you provide.

We collect following information through our applications, through your use of our services.

• Location Information: We collect precise location date about the trip from SKY Rides app used by the Travel Associate, when you use the Services for travel or delivery purposes. If you permit the SKY Rides app to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile device, we may collect the precise location of your device when the application is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

• Contact Information: Upon your permission SKY Rides application to access the address book on your mobile device through the permission system used by your mobile operating system, we may access the store names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our Services and for other purposes described in this Statement, or at the time of consent or collection.

• Transaction Information: We collect transaction information related to your use of Services, including the type of service requested, date and time, the service we provided, amount charged, distance traveled, total time consumed, and other related transaction details. In additionally, if someone uses your referral link/promo code/referral email, we may associate your name with that person.

• Usage and Preference Information: We collect information about how you and site visitors interact with our Services, preference expressed, and setting chosen. • Device Information: SKY Rides may collect information about your mobile device, including but not limited to the hardware model, operation system and version, software and file names and various, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, mobile network information and Wi-Fi network information.

• Call and SMS/Text Data: SKY Rides services facilitate communications between Users and Travel Associates. In connection with facilitating this service we receive call data, including but not limited to date, time of the call or text message, the parties phone numbers, and the content of the text message.

• Log information: When you interact with the Services, SKY Rides collect server logs, which may include information such as device IP address, access dates and times, application features or pages viewed, application crashes and other system activity, type of browsers, and the third party site or service you were using before interacting with our Services.

 

 

Important information about operating system platform permissions.

 

Most mobile operating services have defined certain types of service data that application access without your agreement. These operating systems have different permission system for gaining your permission or agreement. The iOS will alert you the first time the SKY Rides application wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you to accept or ignore that request. Android devices will notify you for grant the permissions that the SKY Rides application seeks before you first use the mobile application, and your use of the application constitutes your consent. Occasionally these permissions require more explanation than the operating systems themselves provide, also the permission we request may change over time, and we will notify you when we change these information collections.

 

 

Information collect from other sources

 

SKY Rides may also collect/receive information from other sources and combined with information we collect through the Services we provide.

• If you choose to link, create or log in to your user account with a payment provider (i.e: Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Wallet etc.) or social media services or if you engage with a separate app or website that uses our API (ow whose API we use), we may receive information about you or your connection from that site or application.

• We may receive information from your employer, in such cases we serve you on behalf of your employer.

• After you request on-demand Services, our Travel Associates may provide us with a user rating after providing service to you.

• If you interact with our Services in another capacity, such as Travel Associate or user of other application/service we provide, we may combine the information with information we have collected from you in your capacity as a User.

 

 

Use of Information

 

We may use the information collecting from you, to

• Provide, maintain and improve our Services, including, but not limited to facilitate payments, send receipts, provide products and service you request, develop new features and options, provide consumer support (to both Users and Travel Associates), develop safety features, authenticate users, and send product updates and administrative messages;

• Perform internal operations, including but not limited to, prevent fraud and abuse of our Services, troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems, conduct data analysis, testing, research and development, and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends.

• Facilitate communications between you and Travel Associate, direction connections with your user of certain features, (split fare requests, referrals, invites etc.) and or estimated times of arrival.

• Personalized and improve Services providing by us.

• Send you communications we think will be interest to you, including special offers, information about products, services, news, events etc. related to the SKY Rides System and the community.

We may transfer the data we are collecting from you in to the information and may process and store in a location in USA and or in other country. We will take appropriate protection of the information we are collecting through the system. SKY Rides confirms that the company will not release your personal information such as name, address, contact details, associate with the information or with the system, to any of third party, except for government agencies who need the access to information where constituting the law of the country/state or local. SKY Rides may or may not provide the statistical processed information such as numbers of people in the selected age group to potential institutions to serve better to the community.

 

 

Through our services

 

We may share your information

• With Travel Associates who work as independent contractors to enable them to provide the Services you request. (i.e: name, photo-if you provided, average user ratings, pickup/drop off locations.

• With other Riders is you share the ride with some other person who you wish to pool/splitting a fare with a friend.

• With third parties to provide you a service you requested through a partnership program, offering by us.

• With the general public if you submit content in a public forum, such as a blog comments, social media post or other features associate with our Services.

• With third parties with whom you choose to let us share information such as other apps, web sites integrate with our API or Service.

• With your employer in the cases your employer sponsoring for the rides fees.

We may share individual and non-processed or collective and processed information we gathered from you,

• With SKY Rides subsidiaries and affiliated entities that provide services or conduct data processing on our behalf, or for data centralization and or logistics purposes.

• In response to a request and required by any applicable law, regulation or legal process, and with law enforcement officials, government authorities or other third parties that we believe your actions are inconsistent with your User agreements, Terms and Conditions or policies or to protect the rights, property or safety of SKY Rides or others.

• In consolidations, restructuring, acquisition, merging or selling business to other buyer.

 

We will be notifying you when we use your information for above 3 reasons.

We may share the collective and processed information we gathered from you,

• With vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers, who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf.

• Sale of company assets, merger or during business negotiation.

 

We may allow others to provide audience measurement and analytics services for us to serve advertisement on our behalf across the Internet and other medias and to track performance of those advertisements. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, SKDs and other technologies using for those processes. We may consider the processed information as a property of SKY Rides, and a product that can to be share with other parties for profit or not for profit. This product is NOT INCLUDE YOUR IDENTITIES, OR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

 

 

Social Sharing

 

The Service may integrate with social sharing and other related tools which let you share actions you take on our Services with other applications, sites or social or any other media, and vice versa. You use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the social sharing service. Please refer to the privacy policies of those social sharing service before you share and know how they handle your data.

Account information

 

You may correct your account information at any time by logging in to your online or in-app account. If you wish to cancel your account, please email us at cs@oneskyride.com. Please note we may keep some information of you, even you cancel the account as required by law, or legitimate business purposes the extent permitted by law.

Access rights.

SKY Rides will comply with individual requests regarding access, correction and or deletion of the personal data in stores in accordance with applicable law.

 

 

Location Information

 

SKY Rides required permission for our application’s collection of precise location from your device per the permission system used by your mobile operating system. If you initially permit the collection of this information, you can disable it by changing the location settings of your mobile device. If you disable to share location information with SKY Rides, it may affect and limit your ability to use certain features of or services. Disabling the application’s collection of exact location from your device will not limit our ability to collect your trip location information from a Travel Associate’s device nor our ability to find approximate location from your IP address.

SKY Rides may seek permission for its application’s collection and syncing of contact information from your device per the permission system used by your device operating system.

Promotional Communication.

As described in Terms and Conditions, you may cancel the receiving promotional messages from SKY Rides, but still we may have to send messages in order to communicate for non-promotional objectives.

 

 

CHANGES TO THE POLICY STATEMENT

SKY Rides may change this policy statement from time to time. If SKY Rides make a considerable change to the above policies, we will provide you detailed notice about the changes via email. Travel  Associate Privacy Policy

SKY Rides(“SKYRides”) collects information about you when you use the partner/associate mobile application, website, social media and other online products and services (“Services”) related with the SKY Rides system, and through other interactions and communication you (“Travel Associate” or "Associate") have with SKY Rides. If you are living in USA, Services will be provided by SKY Rides Inc (SKY Ride Travel Services LLC-previously), SKY Rides USA or its affiliates, collectively SKY Rides. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected and user by SKY Rides or referred as ‘We”. This Privacy Policy applies to persons anywhere in the USA who use SKY Rides apps or Services to complete the ride requests, delivery or any other on-demand services, demanding by Users.

 

Collection of Information

We-SKY Rides collect information you provide directly to us at the registration of your user account, supply/offer on-demand services/requests, contact customer support, or any communication with us (via email, call, text or any other way). This information may include your name, phone number, email, email with .edu, university, postal address, profile picture, method you preferred to be paid (PayPal/ Bank Account/Zella Quick Pay email etc), (for delivery services- item delivered) and other information you provide.

 

We collect following information through our applications, through your use to provide our services as Travel Associates.

Information collecting through SKY Rides Partner Mobile App

 

• Location Information: We collect precise location data of you through your mobile device every time you logged in to our Travel Associate/Partner/Associate mobile app when you are “on-line” our app. That location data will be used to, sending notifications for the real time ride requests, assigning scheduled ride requests, calculate time and distance in the trip engaged with the User, time and distance that takes to go to pick up a user from the pickup location, calculate ride fare.

• Contact Information: Upon your permission SKY Rides application will collect your information you are adding to the application when registering with the application. This contact information includes, Name, Contact Number, E-mail. SKY Rides may share this information with the Passenger/User when you are offering your service, and ready to offer your services.

• Vehicle Information: SKY Rides application will collect your vehicle information such as make, model, year, sub model/trim, color, license plate number, SKY Rides may share your vehicle information- Vehicle Make, Model, Trim, Color, License Plate Number with the rider through User mobile app and/or text/email.

• Call and SMS/Text/E-mail Data: SKY Rides services facilitate communications between Users and Travel Associates. In connection with facilitating this service SKY Rides DOES NOT receive Call and SMS/Text/E-mail Data, but your contact information will be shared with the rider user and SKY Rides administrative/trip management system. 

• Log information: When you interact with the Services, SKY Rides collect server logs, which may include information such as device IP address, access dates and times, application features or pages viewed, application crashes and other system activity, type of browsers.

Information collecting through the SKY Rides Website Application Form;

• Insurance policy number, copy of insurance policy and or any additional information.

• Personal Information & Social Security Number/Driver’s License Number: SKY Rides will collect following information but not limited to, Social Security Number/Driver’s License Number/Age/Birthdate etc. This information will be used to check your eligibility to work with us in USCIS E-verify System, report your income to IRS, check driving records, do background checks and check for criminal history and/or any other legal process required by the law. This sensitive information will not be shared with any other third party unless required by the law.

 

Information collects from other sources.

 

SKY Rides may collect/receive information from other souses such as DMV, third party background check agencies, social media websites you are engaging with, but may not limited to. Intend of using these information are to provide better service, check your eligibility to work with SKY Rides, and allowing you to represent SKY Rides when you are offering your services on-be-half of the SKY Rides.

• Send you information we think will be interest to you, including special offers, information about bonuses, services, news, events etc. related to the SKY Rides System and the community.

We may transfer the data we are collecting from you in to the information and may process and store in a location in USA and or in other country. We will take appropriate protection of the information we are collecting through the system. SKY Rides confirms that the company will not release your personal information such as name, address, contact details, associate with the information or with the system, to any of third party, except for government agencies who need the access to information where constituting the law of the country/state or local.
